1. Please type or print all information.
2. Completed application form and all supporting materials should be postmarked no later than Monday, December 8 2008. Please contact Elizabeth Jimenez by email at elizabeth.jimenez@beebefund.org for the appropriate mailing address when you are ready to submit materials.
3. Original transcripts from each college and/or school you list on the application should be sent directly to the Program Coordinator.
4. At least two letters of recommendation must be submitted in support of your application; you may submit more if you wish. Letters of recommendation should be sent directly to the Program Coordinator.
5. Time schedule:
   • Results of the first application review will be mailed by January 12, 2009.
   • Trustees will request CDs and/or scores from selected candidates, to be postmarked no later than February 13, 2009. You must be the principal performer on the CD, which should be 20 to 30 minutes long with selections of your choice. If you want the materials returned, please enclose a postage-paid, self-addressed envelope. Please do not send recordings until you are notified of the results of the first review.
   • Results of the second review will be mailed by March 2, 2009.
   • Finalists will be invited to appear for a live audition in early April (exact date TBA shortly). All finalists must appear in person on the specified date.
   • Notification of grant awards will be mailed by April 15, 2009.
